Clark Technical Consultancy Limited was founded in 2025 by Ross Clark to bridge a critical gap in the M&E sector.
Based in Edinburgh we provide small to medium-sized businesses in Scotland and the wider UK with the high-level pre-construction expertise they need to scale, compete, and build a more sustainable future for the industry.
Ross launched Clark Technical Consultancy in September 2025, bringing 18 years of front-line construction experience to the table.
After beginning his career as an electrical apprentice and qualifying as an electrician, he quickly transitioned into leadership, managing large-scale projects across the sector. Today, he channels that deep industry knowledge into providing Trusted. Accurate. Technical. Support. for his clients and the wider industry.
